Light Of My Life

Concept art for the screenplay that I'm writing. It isn't the same story as Once, because Once was too long for a movie. I am develloping new story idea's for that one. Meanwhile, I'm trying to come up with a good solid storyline for Light Of My Life, a story inspired by Once Upon A Dream.

Back in the saddle

Things have been slow lately. Bad things happened, good things happened. But they all took a lot of time to process. Anyway, I feel that I'm getting on track again. I'm structuring out the first screenplay I am going to write. Next to that I'm still drawing a little. Some sketches here. As soon as something worthy comes up, I'll post it.

The Writers Journey

Yes, I am reading the book in preperation of writing the actual story. Great read. Also "Hero With A Thousand Faces" is a good one.

I'm thinking about a nice style for my book as well. I've alsways been a fan of rough sketching styles, so, who knows ;)

Hey everyone!

I see that I'm getting a little more views lately, so I thought I should update my blog since I haven't done that in a while. At the moment I'm in my final year of the artschool in Holland. At the moment I'm wrapping up a small fitness game demo ( Olympos ) that I've been working on for Philips. I was doing a lot of conceptual work, animation, and artwork for it.

At the end of januari I'm going to write the story of the "Once Upon A Dream" concept. I'm usually protective of my artwork which I put online because I want the originality of the work to come out when it comes out in it's original format. But on the other hand, it's also nice to put something out there that people might like to see. So watch this space ;)
